Use default values in forms
Pre-fill answers with details you already hold, so patients spend less time typing.

Open a form and click a component.
In Default value, enter a merge tag, such as the patient's date of birth.
Save.
When the form opens, the answer is already filled in, and it can be corrected if needed.
