Restrict a form to locations or staff
Limit a form to the clinics or people who should use it, such as a specialist assessment.
Table of Contents
Go to Setup, then Forms, and open the form.
Click Advanced, then Permissions.
Choose the locations and staff who can use it.
Save.
Others aren't offered the form when they write notes or send forms. A new form must be saved before it can be restricted.
