Stop patients re-signing a valid consent
Set how long a signed consent stays valid, so patients only sign again when it runs out.
Table of Contents
Go to Setup, then Forms, and open the consent form.
Open the details tab.
Turn on the validity option and enter a number of days.
Save.
Patients who signed within that period aren't asked again, whether they book online or your team books them. This setting is for consent forms only.
