Use the EMR tab
Where a patient's clinical record lives.
Open a patient card and click EMR. This tab brings the clinical record together, with a medical history banner at the top and a tile for each type of record below.
The tiles
Each tile shows a count and opens that section: Treatment notes, Forms, Measures, Vitals, Photos, Allergies, Prescriptions, Documents, Patch Tests, Education, Lab Tests and Diagnoses.
Add a record
Click the blue + button at the bottom right to open Create. Choose Treatment note, Consent form, Order labs, Prescription or Education. The item for the section you are in is listed first.
Get a quick summary
Under AI patient summary, click Generate for an overview of allergies, medications, conditions and history. The button becomes available once the patient has enough forms on file. Always check a summary against the record before relying on it.
