Deactivate a medical form
Take a form out of use without losing it, so it can still be restored at any time.
Table of Contents
Go to Setup, then Forms.
Click ⋯ on the form's row and choose Delete.
Confirm.
The form moves to your inactive list. Patient records that already use it aren't affected.
