A print template applies to every printed form in your clinic, including medical histories, consents, treatment notes and prescriptions. You set it up once.
Go to Setup, then Print Templates.
Create a template.
Set the layout, margins, colours and logo.
Choose which patient and clinic details appear.
Preview and save.
