Use charts in forms
Show treatment areas and injectable points visually in a form, for better documentation.
Table of Contents
Open the form in the builder and add Drawing.
Select a chart from your library.
Save.
Clinicians then draw on the chart when they write a note, and the marked-up image is saved on the record.
