Use diagnostic codes in a treatment note
Add a coded diagnosis while you write, so it's linked to the appointment and the record.

On the patient card, click + and start a treatment note.
Click the dX button at the bottom of the form.
Search for the diagnosis and fill in the details.
Save.
The diagnosis appears in the note and under Diagnoses on the patient's EMR.
