Create a prescription form

Build the template clinicians use to prescribe, with fields and a drug section.

Table of Contents

Go to Setup, then Forms, and click Create Form.
Start from Blank Template, AI or a template.
On Type, choose Prescription.
Add your fields, and be sure to add Drugs.
Create the form.
