Add SNOMED fields to a form
Let clinicians search for and record standard clinical codes directly inside a form.
Table of Contents
Open the form in the builder.
Under Medical, drag Code Lookup onto the form.
Set its label and save.
Staff can then search SNOMED CT when completing the form. This component can't be used on intake forms.
