Print a medical form template
Open a clean print view of a form, without the macros or placeholder text.
Table of Contents
Go to Setup, then Forms.
Click ⋯ on the form and choose Print.
In the new tab, click the print icon at the top right.
Only the form's content is printed, with no large margins.
