Email aftercare advice and exercises while you write, with a dated record in the note.

Add Education to your treatment form. It's available on forms whose only type is Treatment Form.
When writing the note on the patient card, choose what to send.
Send it.
The patient needs an email address on file. The note keeps a dated line for each item sent.
