Use input types in forms

Choose the right input for a question, such as a date, number or phone number.

Open a form and add Short answer.
Click it to open its settings.
Under the input type, choose what it collects, such as text, number, email, phone or date.
Save.

The right type makes answers cleaner and stops mistakes, such as text in a number field.
