Use linked fields in forms
Update the patient record automatically from the answers they give on a form.

A linked field copies an answer to the patient card, so details stay current.
Open a form in the builder.
Add or click a component, such as a short answer.
Under Linked field, choose a patient field, such as Mobile.
Save.
The Custom tab has ready-linked components for date of birth, gender, address, phone and more.
