Apply a custom discount at the till
Take off an amount that isn't saved as a discount, and give a reason for your records.
Table of Contents
Build the sale.
Open the cart menu, or click a line.
Set Custom discount type and enter Custom discount.
Add the Discount reason.
Save.
Larger amounts need Apply discounts above the discount limit. The Discounts report shows who applied what.
