Klarna lets patients split a payment, and you receive the money up front. It's available in supported countries when card payments are connected.

Turn it on with your payment methods, under your wallet settings.
Patients choose it when paying online or through a link.
Refund from the invoice as usual, and Klarna adjusts their plan.

Klarna decides who is eligible, so it won't appear for everybody.
