See a patient's outstanding balance
Where to find what a patient still owes you, from their card to your reports.

An outstanding balance is what a patient still owes for items they've received.
Patient card: the Financials tab shows it at the top, with each unpaid invoice under Invoices.
Money: filter Invoices by Invoice status. The Overview tile Unpaid balance totals all of them.
Analytics: Outstanding invoices and Aged Debt list debts by age.
To collect, open the invoice and take a payment, or send a payment link.
