How patients add money to their account
How a patient tops up their balance online, for use on future treatments.

The patient signs in to their portal.
They click Top up account and enter the amount.
They pay by card.
Their balance rises, and it shows as Account at the till. If a patient can't see the option, your clinic may not take online top-ups, or they may have an unpaid invoice to settle first.
