Take a fee from account balance
Use money on a patient's account to pay a late cancellation or no-show fee.

If your policy allows it, you can take the fee from a patient's balance.
Cancel the appointment or mark it a no-show.
When the fee appears, choose to redeem the account balance.
Confirm.
The Account ledger shows the amount used. If the balance is too low, you can charge the rest to a card.
