Turn on tips

Let patients leave a tip during checkout, online, or after their appointment.

Go to Setup, Policies, and open Tips.
Turn on Enable tipping during Point of Sale checkout for the till.
Turn on the options for card terminals and pay by text, or for thank-you messages after checkout.
Under Suggested tip values, set your options and Default Selection.
Click Save.

Patients can always enter their own amount. The Tips report lists what's been left, by person.
