Make a sale

Build a cart for a patient or a walk-in.

Table of Contents

Open the Create menu at the top of the app and choose Sale, or press SHIFT + S. You can also click Create invoice on the Invoices tab, or Checkout on an appointment card.

Choose who it is for

Under Who is this sale for?, search for a patient, or choose Walk-in or Add a new client. Walk-in sales cannot include packages or memberships, or be saved unpaid.

Build the cart

Use the icons on the left to browse Services, Products, Packages, Memberships and Gift.
Click a tile to add it, or search by name or scanned code.
Click a line in the cart to change its Price, Quantity, Employee or Tax rate.

Apply a discount

In the same line window, open Discount, pick a named discount or Custom, and click Save. The cart shows the reduced price and the total saved.

When the cart is right, click Continue to take payment.
