Set up a payment schedule for a service
Spread a costly treatment across the weeks before it happens, with card charges along the way.

A schedule takes a share at booking and charges the rest automatically before the appointment.
Go to Setup, Policies, and open Payment Policy.
Choose the services under Apply to.
Set the Initial Balance Due and when the rest is due.
Click Save.
Patients need a saved card, and online card payments must be connected.
