Payment policies explained

Set when a balance is due, from nothing up front to the whole amount at booking.

A payment policy sets when patients pay. Under Setup, Policies, Payment Policy gives you:

  • Full Balance Due: the whole amount immediately.

  • A percentage due up front.

  • No Balance Due: pay later.

Apply to chooses the services, or Apply to every service. Policy summary shows the result. You can also Enable Express Booking, which needs online card payments.
