Apply a discount at the till
Take money off a whole sale or one line, using a saved discount or a custom amount.

There are two kinds of discounts at the till.
A saved discount
Build the cart, then open the menu at the bottom of the cart and choose to edit the discount.
Pick one from the list. You only see discounts you're allowed to use.
A custom discount
Choose Custom and enter a percentage or amount, plus a Discount reason if required.
One line only
Click the cart line, and set Discount in the editor, then click Save.
If you can't find the option, you may lack the Apply discounts permission.
