Understand the Money page

Your invoices, payments and balances in one place.

Click Money in the sidebar. It opens on Overview, with your balances at the top and charts below.

On the Overview tab

Available balance and Depositing to bank track card takings on their way to you.
Unpaid balance totals every outstanding invoice as of today.
Disputes needing response counts card disputes to review.
Use 7 days, 30 days or 90 days to change the period, and Add to choose more charts.

Invoices: search, filter by Invoice status, and click a number to open one.
Payments: every payment taken, filtered by Type.
Sales History: each line item sold.
Appointments: visits and their billing.
Payment Links: links you have sent, and what is still owed.

Edit Columns on the list tabs lets you choose what each table shows.
