When a patient withdraws a dispute
What happens if the patient cancels a dispute with their bank, and what to do about it.
Table of Contents
A patient may ask their bank to withdraw a dispute, often after talking to you.
It isn't always a win, so check the status on Disputes.
If you've refunded them as well, take care not to be out of pocket twice.
Keep your response in place until the status changes.
Ask for written confirmation from the patient as a backup.
