Request payment on booking
Ask for payment as you book by phone, with a link that goes straight to the patient.

Book the appointment on the calendar.
In the payment section, choose to request payment.
Choose the amount and send the link.
The appointment shows whether payment has been made. The default comes from your Payment Policy.
