Take deposits only for online bookings
Ask for a deposit when patients book online, while your team can book without one.

Many clinics only want deposits for online bookings.
Go to Setup, Policies, and open Deposits.
Under Apply to, choose online bookings only.
Click Save.
Staff can still use Take deposit by hand on an appointment. Services with their own deposit may have their own setting.
