Send a payment link
Let a patient pay an invoice from their own phone.
A payment link lets a patient pay online by email or SMS, which helps with balances left after a visit.
From an invoice
Open the invoice from the Invoices tab.
Click the Not sent chip at the top to open Send Paylink.
Check Recipient email and Recipient mobile number, and tick Send Email, Send SMS or both.
Click Send Invoice.
Other ways to send one
On an appointment card, click Send payment link.
At checkout, choose Self Pay, then Save invoice & send paylink. This saves the invoice as unpaid first.
In the invoice, click QR Code and let the patient scan it, or click Download to save the code.
Follow up
The Payment Links tab on Money lists each link with its Sent Status and balance. Switch Paylinks to Paylinks (Overdue) to see who still owes, and use the copy icon to share a link again.
