Create a custom email notification
Replace a standard notification with an email you design yourself, using a saved template.

If the standard layout isn't enough, you can send your own design for a notification instead.
Build the email under Setup, Templates.
Go to Client Notifications and click Edit template on the notification.
Choose your own template in place of the standard one.
Click Save changes.
Merge tags work the same as in standard messages. Send yourself a test before relying on it.
