Delete a sender address
Remove a sender you no longer use, and choose another default first if it's your current one.

Go to Setup, Sender Addresses, and open the sender.
Click to delete it, and confirm Delete Sender?
If it is your default sender, make another default first. To stop using one for a while without losing it, turn off Active instead.
