Insert form answers with merge tags
Pull a patient's own form answers into an email, such as their photo consent, with no retyping.

Form answer tags add what a patient told you in a form to a message or letter, which is handy for confirming consent or a reason for treatment.
Start an email from the patient card.
Open Merge tags and choose the forms group.
Pick the form, then the question.
Send as usual.
If the patient has completed the form more than once, the latest answer is used. If they haven't completed it, the tag stays empty, so check before sending.
