Turn auto top-up on or off
Buy credits automatically when your balance drops low, so your text messages never stop.

Auto top-up buys a bundle once your balance reaches a level you set.
Go to Setup, Subscription, and open Auto Top-Up.
Set the Threshold and the Top-up bundle.
Turn it on or off and save.
The Attempts log lists each top-up. If a payment fails repeatedly, the page says Auto top-up is blocked. Fix your card, then click Reset block.
