Create an aftercare template
Write the post-treatment advice your clinic sends, with optional PDFs and videos included.

Aftercare is the advice you give patients once their treatment is done.
Go to Setup, Education, and click Add Education.
Enter the Title and choose a Category.
Write your Content, or attach a PDF or Video URL.
Under Services, choose the treatments it goes with.
Click Save.
Send Timing controls when it goes out after the appointment. Library has ready-made content to adapt.
