Edit a sender address

Change the name or email address patients see, and choose which messages it's used for.

Go to Setup, Sender Addresses, and click the sender.
Change the From name or From email. A new address must be confirmed by a link before it's used.
Under Advanced settings, set Sending criteria to send messages about a location from this sender.
Click Save.
