Edit or delete an email template
Update a saved email template, or remove one you no longer use, from the Templates page.

Go to Setup, Templates. Choose the email templates from the type filter.
Edit
Click the template, or use Row actions and Edit. Change the details and save. Messages already sent aren't affected.
Delete
Use Row actions, choose delete and confirm. Check the template isn't linked to a service for pre-care or aftercare first.
