Send reminders for virtual appointments
Make sure patients get a join link and clear instructions before a video appointment.

Video reminders give patients what they need to join on time, which cuts down on no-shows.
Check the service is set up as a virtual service, so its appointments create a video link.
Go to Client Notifications and find the virtual appointment message.
Click Edit template, and keep the join link.
Set the timing under How it's sent.
Click Save changes.
