Use community templates

Community templates are a shared library of ready-made messages and forms. Rather than starting from nothing, add a copy and make it your own.

• Go to Setup, Templates, and find Community templates, or click View All.

• Preview one to check it fits.

• Add it to your account.

• Edit your copy, checking any clinical wording before use.

Your copy doesn't change the original, and later changes to the original don't affect yours.
