Turn on letters
Switch on the Letters feature for your clinic, so your team can write and send patient letters.
Table of Contents
Go to Setup and open Business details.
Open Features.
Turn on letters and save.
Your team can then write letters from the patient card, and letter templates appear on the Templates page. Check the staff who need it have permission too.
