Send notifications by WhatsApp

Send automatic messages from your clinic's WhatsApp number, using your approved templates.

You can turn WhatsApp on for each message separately. Your clinic first needs a WhatsApp number connected in Engage, plus approved templates.

Click Edit template on the message.
Under Send via, turn on WhatsApp. If it isn't connected, use Set up WhatsApp.
Choose an approved template.
Map its placeholders to patient or appointment details.
Click Save changes.

WhatsApp requires templates to be approved beforehand, so allow time for this before you need them.
