Unblock an email after a bounce

Remove a patient's address from your bounce list so that their emails start arriving again.

Table of Contents

When an email can't be delivered because the address doesn't exist, the address goes on your bounce list. Everything to it is then dropped, including confirmations and reminders, until someone clears it.

  • Open the patient. A warning on the card shows the email bounced.

  • Check the address with the patient and correct any typo.

  • Use the warning's action to remove the block.

Send a test message to confirm. If it bounces again, ask the patient for another address.
