Switch to the new email designs
Update all your standard emails to the newer layout in one step, keeping your wording.

When new designs are available, a banner appears on Notification Messages.
Click Preview to look first.
Click Update designs. Not now dismisses the banner.
Your standard emails get a compact header, larger text and a clear appointment summary. Your wording, settings and custom templates are kept. Only administrators can do this.
