Set up fax
Get a fax number for your clinic so you can send and receive faxes without a fax machine.

Faxes run through Engage, your shared inbox. You need a fax number first, either a new one or your existing number moved over.
Go to Setup and find the fax option.
Buy a new number, or start moving your current one.
Wait for confirmation. Moving a number can take some time.
Once live, your fax number appears in Engage.
