Understand the Notification Messages page

Find every automatic email, text and WhatsApp your clinic sends, and see which ones are switched on.

Go to Setup and open Client Notifications. The Notification Messages page lists everything Sovica sends to patients, from booking confirmations and reminders to invoices and forms.

How it's arranged

  • Visit stage groups messages by when they go out.

  • Your message collection holds a card for each message, grouped by purpose.

  • Use Search all messages… or filter by Status and Channel.

  • Each card shows which channels are on. Use Preview to look, or Edit template to change it.

Top of the page

Schedule items shows what is due for upcoming appointments. Manage Options holds settings for every message, and Languages adds translations.
