Set a default sender
Choose which address messages come from when no location rule picks a different sender.

Go to Setup, Sender Addresses.
Click the sender you want as your main one.
Turn on Default Sender.
Click Save.
There is one default for each type, so email and SMS have their own. Senders with Sending criteria still take priority for their locations.
