Link pre-care and aftercare to services
Connect care content to services, so the right advice goes out with each treatment with no extra work.

Linking means no one has to remember to send it.
Go to Setup, Education.
Open the item, or click Add Education.
Under Services, search for and tick each service.
Click Save.
Check the matching care notification is on under Client Notifications. The Services column on the list shows what each item is linked to.
