Edit a notification in the studio

Change what a message says, how it looks and how it's sent, with a live preview beside your edits.

The notification studio is where you edit a single message. Open it with Edit template on any card on the Notification Messages page.

What you can change

Send via: switch Email, SMS and WhatsApp on or off.
Make it yours: the Email subject, Email message and SMS message, with Reset to default to start over.
Message details: such as Show phone number.
Forms: add a complete form button and a message before it.
Attachments: files sent with every email.
Footer: your closing text.

Check it with the Preview channel and Preview size controls, then click Save changes. Editing a message doesn't send it to anyone.
