Edit SMS notifications

Keep your automatic text messages short and clear, and see what each one will cost in credits.

Table of Contents

Go to Setup, Client Notifications.
Click Edit template on the message.
Set Preview channel to SMS.
Change the SMS message under Make it yours.
Click Save changes.

Texts are charged per segment, so long messages cost more credits, and merge tags add length. Under Manage Options, Keep texts private swaps the treatment name for the word "appointment".
