Create a pre-care template and send it
Tell patients how to prepare for a treatment, automatically or by hand from their card.

Pre-care gives patients preparation advice before they arrive.
Create it
Go to Setup and open Education, then click Add Education.
Enter a title, choose a Category and write the Content. You can use a PDF or Video as well.
Save.
Send it automatically
Under Services, pick the treatments it applies to. Patients booking those services then get it ahead of the visit.
Send it by hand
Open the patient, choose Education from the communication menu, pick the item and click Send.
