Set up domain authentication
Confirm to email providers that Sovica may send for your domain, so that messages stay out of spam.

Authenticating proves to email providers that Sovica is allowed to send on your behalf. Fewer of your messages end up in spam.
Go to Setup and open Sender Addresses.
Under Sending domains, click Authenticate domain.
Enter your domain, such as clinic.com, and click Generate DNS records.
Add the records to your domain host, or send them to whoever manages it.
Click Verify.
Each record shows whether it was Found. DNS changes can take a while, so try again later if needed. The domain then shows Authenticated.
